The Banker

Situated on the North Bank of the river Thames underneath Cannon St Station, recently refurbished to give a modern feel (upper part of the bar was removed, a big mirror and iron chandelier added) this is still a reasonable pub. Facilities are good and the service from the bar has always been fast. The real ales are served very cold, which I personally do not like and oddly Fullers London Pride is more expensive here than say Williamsons Tavern which is not a Fullers pub. But still worth a visit if only to sit and watch the boats on the Thames.
